The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 33.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.29 per cent at Rs 227.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 230.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.33 per cent to Rs 133.83 crore from Rs 144.41 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 282.35 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.34 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 8.89 per cent to Rs 93.25 crore as against Rs 85.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.29 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 41.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 49.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.62 per cent at Rs 9.63 crore (Sep'24 Rs 11.98 crore).
