As of June 2026, 75.00% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 25.00% by Public.

Institutional holds 14.16% (Insurance Companies 1.75%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.82% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Siemens Energy India company are Siemens International Holding B.V. (1698.83 lakhs shares / 47.70%), Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Germany (402.28 lakhs shares / 11.30%), Siemens Energy Holding B.V. (391.73 lakhs shares / 11.00%) and Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. (178.06 lakhs shares / 5.00%).
