TCS launches AI-Powered Gemini Experience Centre in Kolkata

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a Gemini Experience Centre (GEC) in Kolkata in collaboration with Google Cloud to accelerate AI-driven innovation for consumer businesses.

The Kolkata facility is TCS' third Gemini Experience Centre in India, after Chennai and Bengaluru. The company plans to establish 10 such AI innovation hubs globally by the end of 2026, including four in India.

The new centre will help enterprises in retail, consumer goods, travel, tourism, and hospitality co-create, test, and scale AI-powered solutions using Google Cloud and Gemini AI models.
