Genesys International Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to the meeting of the Board of Directors of Genesys International Corporation Limited (the 'Company') held on Friday, June 26, 2026, approving the Rights Issue of fully paid-up Equity shares of face value of ? 5 each to the eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, inter alia, to consider the Rights Issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date and other modalities related to the Rights Issue.
