Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2026, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 3 : 5, i.e 3 Equity Shares for every 5 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is Rs. 50 per share.
