Emerald Leisures - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 The Board noted that the Company had approved the issuance of up to 1,050 (One Thousand Fifty) Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of ?10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to ?105,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Five Crore only), to be issued on a private placement basis. The Board further noted that the Company has received subscription money aggregating to ?55,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty-Five Crore only) towards the First Tranche of the proposed issue of Secured NCD.
