Mazagon Dock Ship has declared 92.40% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. on Thursday, 30 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 92.40 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 20 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 150% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 February 2026), 120% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 04 November 2025), 54.20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 September 2025), 60% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 April 2025) and 231.90% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 October 2024).
