The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 196.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.39 per cent at Rs 272.87 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 215.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.68 per cent to Rs 252.56 crore from Rs 204.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 325.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 73.89 per cent to Rs 20.31 crore as against Rs 11.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.52 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 7.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 190.00 per cent at Rs 3.19 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.10 crore).
