The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.31 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.34 per cent at Rs 68.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.64 per cent to Rs 54.26 crore from Rs 50.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.96 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.35 per cent to Rs 14.54 crore as against Rs 14.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.37 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 4.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.90 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.42 crore).
