The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 59.74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 27.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 118.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.63 per cent at Rs 145.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.54 per cent to Rs 97.49 crore from Rs 84.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 102.45 per cent at Rs 4.96 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.14 per cent to Rs 48.05 crore as against Rs 39.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.81 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 73.40 per cent at Rs 15.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.21 crore).
