The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 87.47 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.73 per cent at Rs 509.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 372.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.32 per cent to Rs 370.40 crore from Rs 273.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.59 per cent at Rs 3.84 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 14.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.63 per cent to Rs 138.66 crore as against Rs 98.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.87 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 192.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 20.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.20 per cent at Rs 22.96 crore (Jun'25 Rs 23.24 crore).
