The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.94 per cent at Rs 83.27 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.11 per cent to Rs 92.96 crore from Rs 93.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.94 per cent at Rs 23.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 26.29 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.32 per cent to Rs -9.69 crore as against Rs -13.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 872.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 47.96 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.21 crore).
