The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.57 per cent at Rs 75.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.65 per cent to Rs 68.86 crore from Rs 62.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.38 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.70 per cent to Rs 6.50 crore as against Rs 5.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.81 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 22.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 2.17 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.92 crore).
