The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 661.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1714.63 per cent at Rs 158.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1393.21 per cent to Rs 142.90 crore from Rs 9.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.10 per cent at Rs 3.58 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2036.59 per cent to Rs 15.88 crore as against Rs -0.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 206.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1245.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 70.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.60 crore).
