The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 86.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 120.73 per cent at Rs 10.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 121.61 per cent to Rs 6.87 crore from Rs 3.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 409.52 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 119.61 per cent to Rs 3.36 crore as against Rs 1.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.90 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.45 crore).
