The 33rd AGM of the company was duly held on 17th September 2026 at 11 A.M. through VC/OMVM.\r\nIn the meeting the Managing Director, Mr. Jitendra Kochar has tendered his resignation from the office of Managing Director w.r.f. 17th September 2026, which he eventually announced and read out in the meeting.
