The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 111.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 110.04 per cent at Rs 675.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 321.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 111.15 per cent to Rs 648.25 crore from Rs 307.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.24 per cent at Rs 5.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 87.00 per cent to Rs 27.62 crore as against Rs 14.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.89 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 57.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 108.12 per cent at Rs 4.87 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.34 crore).
