The Board of Director at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, September 23, 2026, has inter-alia considered and approved Issuance of Bonus shares & Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent amendment to Clause V regarding Authorised Share Capital of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
