The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 61.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 75.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.31 per cent at Rs 778.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 907.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.07 per cent to Rs 666.91 crore from Rs 785.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 101.78 per cent at Rs 9.06 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.43 per cent to Rs 111.11 crore as against Rs 122.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.83 per cent at Rs 23.83 crore (Jun'25 Rs 24.78 crore).
