Ola Electric Mobility Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 07, 2026, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 2 : 25, i.e 2 Equity Shares for every 25 Equity Shares held at an Issue Price of Rs. 27 per share.
