With reference to our earlier intimation dated August 13, 2026 bearing reference number BAIDFIN/2026-27/35, filed pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), we hereby inform you that Mr. Anurag Patni has completed his second and final term of five consecutive years and accordinly ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the closure of Business Hours on October 21, 2026.
